Eligibility and Use of Funds

The Chester County Chamber of Commerce is pleased to offer four $750 marketing grants, made possible through donations raised during the annual Chamber Classic Golf Tournament. Priority will be given to small businesses; however, one grant may be awarded to a not-for-profit organization.

This grant program is open to Chester County Chamber members only. Members must be in good standing, with all dues and fees paid in full. Members may apply for a grant to support an existing business or an additional business they are in the process of launching. Businesses and organizations may apply each year, including those who have received a grant in a previous year.

Grant funds may be used for a wide range of marketing expenses, including but not limited to website creation or improvements, social media campaigns, print, radio, television, or billboard advertising, signage, and promotional materials. Applicants are encouraged to utilize Chester County businesses whenever possible.

The application window will run from January 6 through January 31. Applications submitted after January 31 will not be accepted. The Small Business Committee will review all applications and make awards based on the strength and clarity of each submission. Applicants are encouraged to clearly outline how the funds will be used, including estimated costs or bids. For example, a previous grant recipient strengthened their application by detailing the specific items they planned to purchase, the estimated cost, and their intent to work with another Chester County business.

Grant recipients may be asked to provide a photo showing how the grant funds were used, along with a brief summary of the impact on their business or organization.
